I am selling the rear bumper off my 99 Toyota 4Runner. It is very heavy duty and is actually quite strong. The design of the bumper makes it high clearance too, which is nice for trail rigs. I bought the 4R with this bumper installed, and did not design it. It needs a good cleanup, but the metal is plenty strong enough to handle a solid cleanup and still look great when re-painted. Asking $300 OBO. Must be picked up, I will not ship it anywhere. Please see the pics in the link below. Also FYI, I will provide the extra back up lights you see mounted in the bumper as well.

Anyone close to me looking for an aftermarket bumper? A bit of grinder work and paint, and the bumper will look great again. Price is OBO...
