I have a pair of light blueish-grey grab handles from a 2000 4Runner. Great for the driver side of lifted vehicles. Pretty rare and hard to come by item due to rarity of this color interior. They include both screws and cover plates. $15 each + $5 shipping. Local pickup in Napa.

Are they grey or really bluish grey (moon mist)? I didn't think they had moon mist in 2000. Is so I'll take one.
 
They are blue grey. When I type "moon mist toyota" into google, pictures of my interior come up, so I guess that's technically the color title.

But yes they come from an interior like this:
