I have a full set of limited flares off of a 2000 4Runner. They are plastidipped black but were originally silver. The black can easily be removed by a power washer. Most of the mounting points are intact and the broken ones can be repaired with some time and epoxy. I have around 50 clips left over which were used to mount them.
