On your T4R.ORG post you said it fits all non automatic 4Runners and Tacomas.

On tacomaworld post you mention it fits all non automatic 1st gen Tacomas and 3rd Gen 4Runners.

I'm confused with the wording. Does this fit both manual 4Runners and manual Tacomas only?

Or manual Tacomas and both manual and automatic 4Runners?

They will fit Manual vehicles only... or ones that the radiator does not hang down more than an inch or so below the front cross member.

Sorry Ethan, I don't check my e-mail that often. My radiator hangs down too low. Maybe it's because of my 1" body lift?

Same here. I don't have a body lift and had to make some spacers to get it to fit

How did you make your spacers? I think I'm going to buy some 1/2" Blackpipe. 12" is around $5.00 & cut 3 spacers, probably about 1" each. I'm looking at 8mm - 1.25 x 60 mm stainless Metric Hex Bolts. They're expensive at $23 for a 6 pack. I'll have to measure it all Sat. morning.

8" of 1/2" Black pipe = $4.00, (6) - 8mm - 50mm Hex bolts = $4.00 - at Lowes. So it's not that much to ad to an auto or a manual with a larger radiator.

Glad to read this! That is awesome! You may want to start a new thread for the autos like you did for the manual, if you haven't already. Happy trails!!

P.S. My manual TRD skid plate still looks great and working great with my 2" lift w/o radiator drop!
