Here is the trailer hitch, just some surface rust, no deep rust areas, a wire wheel would take it all off:

Yup, as long as your willing to pay for the shipping, honestly it should'nt need to be wrapped at all, just sent out as freight. Its all thick steel, I don't think a shipping company could damage that if they tried
