Local Pick Up preferred (Northern Virginia area). Comes with fog lights and bulbs. Bumper has normal wear and tear. One blemish on passenger side corner (see photograph highlighting it) Bumper and crush can have never been in an accident. I can provide the VIN to run background if needed. Really wish I could pick the bumper up from you...previous owner put a dent in the bumper, not to mention my fogs have condensation and need to be replaced.
