I'm moving abroad in a while and can't take my 3rd Gen '96 T4R with me.
This was my dad's car for over a decade. It lived in Southern California until he passed it on to me in Summer '17, so it's only seen two NY winters. It wasn't an off-roader, it was his daily driver, so no mud, not "rode hard put up wet." He was a mechanic back in the '60s and made sure it was well maintained by professionals. I've had regular maintenance done since then.
Forest green Limited edition 4WD 3.4L V6, leather seats, sunroof, roof rack, tow-ready with power leads, , no rust issues, undercarriage clean, Sirius radio ready (has attachment, needs unit), new tires '17. Upholstery worn due to age (driver's seat). SoCal sun faded the green paint a bit.
Clean title. Original everything – transmission great, clean running sound, alignment good, sounds/feels good. Replaced the power steering filter once. Pads. Oil changes. The usual. Timing -chain- replaced at 222k, not due for another till the 300s. General state – rare on this coast. Full maintenance and sale records.
Location: Brooklyn Navy Yard area. $3k. Ready to be souped up for off-roading or as a steady, reliable driver/hauler of things/people.
