I have an Amp Interface bypass that is needed to use any aftermarket head unit with the factory amplifier. I used this unit with no problem and it still works great. Do some research on the interface on the forum and there is lots of info on them. $40 + Shipping... thats my bottom dollar.

Hey man I am looking into replacing the stock jbl system but all the wiring harnesses have me confused. Does this part you have act as a stock to aftermarket wiring harness adapter?

Yes it does, there are only a few wires that you have to hard wire, everything else should plug and play.
