FS: Charcoal Canister Assembly from 02 SR5 Like new $400

Ok so last month I took my Runner into Riverveiw Toyota to find out why I was throwing P440-441-and 446 codes. They told me I needed a new charcoal canister assembly and its cost me about $600 in that visit. Installed the new canister and just a few weeks ago I got the codes back. Take it back to Riverveiw and they find a $10 hose not part of the canister assembly was the real problem. Bench tested my old canister and its fine. So I am left with a brand new canister that I didn't need to buy and the dealer refuses to take back since it was installed. So I am selling the charcoal canister assembly that was only used for about 30 days for $300 FIRM (ignore the title price) to try and recoup my losses. Free shipping. Will get a pitcher when I have the time to remove the canister from the truck.

A new one can be purchased with free shipping for $329-350 at many places. That might be a more reasonable price to start at.

I have the receipt saying it cost me $466.52 on 09/08/14....I would like to know where you got them for $350. And we are not talking about a rebuilt, this is brand new from the Toyota dealer.

If I were you, I would be having a serious heart to heart with the service manager at that dealership.

Yeah Ryan wont do a damn thing cuz it the part was installed. I dealt with him exclusively yesterday. And this is not the only problem. When it was fist dropped off the tech gave us a list of repairs he insisted needed done, half of them where done 5 months ago, and had he done his job and looked at it he would of seen brand new parts/fluids. He also stated the rear axle seal where leaking and that was a bold face lie, I checked them days before leaving it with them. It was another repair I just did. Found days after getting it back that the breather plug I relocated was not where I put it, it was there when I got gas on the way to drop it off, and my axle is of course leaking badly now. So not only did they rob me on this damn canister (apparently), they messed up my axle again. And Ryan the service manager says he can't do anything..... I wont even go to them for parts now.

That amazon listing is missing hoses, and it says for 00 & 01, don't know if the 02 is different but they don't list that year. But you have me with the rockauto price.

EDIT: the 00 & 01 canisters are in fact different then the 02.
