Not sure on the pricing yet, frankly it is about how long it takes to print. I would estimate about 3 hours per cap and at 5 an hour possibly the ~$60 range but dont quote me on that lol.

I have black coming later this week, but typically you would want to prime and paint them otherwise the surface finish is only marginal. After a bit of primer and paint though they look great.

No, and actually, I am pretty much passing the finishing off to the end user on the standard badges, with the premium you get 2 color choices and I am paying to have those done for me.. I just don't have the time to coat all of these badges unfortunately.

No, I don't believe that there is anyone in my area that does chrome platting on plastics. I have looked at it for some of my other products, but all we have around here is hotdip chrome plating. If there is a real interest in it though I guess I could look in a broader area for someone to do it. I never would have thought anyone would want chrome that badly I guess.

Updated header with lower prices! Catch is that there is no more premium badges available due to time constraints. I don't have time to coordinate with my painter and he has not been producing quality work on his own.

Also do you recommend a certain brand of paint to use on these? And did you just use a brush and steady hand on your badge? And did you put some sort of clear coat after painting?

Matt I am ready to go now. Payment is through paypal and you can PM with your info that is required in the first post of the thread and I will give ya my paypal email. I do not have one designed for the rear hatch yet, but it is on the docket.

As for paint my favorite rattle can brand is dupli color, but most any paint will do. I spray the letters the color I want them then tape them off and spray the outer color over the top then and peal the tape after it dries. This technique works well for me. I didnt clear mine.
