FS: Eclipse AVN5510 Navigation System with accessories!

Selling an Eclipse AVN5510 Navigation / DVD system with Bluetooth and iPod connectors. Also have the latest map disc plus the boxes and manuals. Everything is in LIKE NEW condition with exception of the Bluetooth accessory which is missing a cover on one of the buttons. This does not affect operation at all!

This system is made by Fujitsu Ten, who also make the factory navigation systems for Toyota. This system is plug and play if you have the non-JBL setup. I will also include the brackets to install on any 4Runner from 03-09.

Condition and overall appearance from 1-10 is a strong 9.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

The system is still in the car and will have it removed as soon as I have a buyer or I am able to replace with the factory stereo. Whichever comes first.

FYI: Same unit as In this thread: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/622017-post1.html

Looking to get $475.00 + Shipping

Hmm, not sure what you mean by not flush. The unit sticks out a little bit (forward) because it needs to lower the screen to give you dvd and cd access. Do you mean the scosche kit being flush with the dash trim piece? If so, the reason for that is because the dash trim is pretty much hanging off. It really is air tight flush on the sides and looks almost factory. So much so that someone tried to steal the navi and couldn't get at it that way and resorted to ripping the actual center trim piece on the dash that houses the ac controls, etc. If you take another look at the photos you will see the tears in the plastic trim.

I caught someone in the act of trying to steal the nav from the car and for legal reasons can't tell you what I did to him but the end result is me selling this unit to prevent this from happening again and to cover the cost for a new trim, etc.

I assure you, it looks clean and as flush as can be. The scosche kit is the top of the line kit for this particular setup.

Here are two other pictures that I left out initially.

This unit also has full iPod control and the bluetooth accessory as well.

Found this video on youtube with both options I mentioned as well as the unit in action.

Hi, I have the AVN 62D with sirius and ipod. I'm really needing a mapdisk update. My current IPOD cable only charges the old school ipod nano, while my wife's brand new ipod nano plays, it just doesn't charge. Do you have the HD radio kit? lockout bypass switch?

I'm not sure what the lockout bypass switch would be used for. What is that? I have the most current map disk for this unit but unfortunately not selling separately. I do not have the HD Radio kit either.

From personal experience, the iPod adapter successfully plays music from an iPod and from iPhones as well and charges them. There is full iPod control from the user interface on the screen of the navigation system.
