I am getting rid of my metal tech heavy rear extended travel springs they are dirty but in good shape I don't drive the runner that much just on weekends here and there and to wheel they should only have less than 5000 miles on them

Do you know an appoximate amount of lift I would get over stock suspension?

I currently have bilstein 5100s and FJ Trail Team coils with 4" spacer in the rear. Was curious if I'd still get the same height if I replaced the FJTT coils and spacer with just these coils.

They give a 3” lift but they are designed to stay in the bucket with extended down travel

FYI these are dual rate so they don’t ride too hard when empty they just don’t sag with weight

I replaced them with the same just newer
The newer metaltec heavy springs are heavier than the old ones and I wanted to upgrade them just in case I carry more weight
the weight was upgraded on the new ones
