I have a set (front and rear) of bump-stops from DuroBumps. I'm slowly going back to stock in anticipation of moving into a full size truck. These have only been installed for a couple of months and come complete with all hardware. Install takes about 15 minutes and is super easy and they are great quality. Front --- 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner Front DuroBumps (2010+) - DuroBumps
Rear --- 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner Rear DuroBumps (2010+) - DuroBumps
May fit other gen's but you will need to confirm this on your own.
New they are ~$250 + shipping. How about $200 to your door (continental US only).
