If you are willing to tape these together in pairs, shipping probably wouldn't be too expensive. Tire Rack ships tires like that. You would need to use a lot of tape though. I can get a quote and arrange shipping on my end. But this would require you to drop them off at a trucking company. The terminal would most likely be near SFO. If you're willing to do all that, I'd be interested.
