I have a set of four(4) hub centric Spidertrax 1.25" thick 6061T6 aluminum spacers that recently came off my 2000 4Runner. They were only installed for about 6k miles. I had no problems with them, I've just gone another direction with my truck and don't need them now.

I paid about $200 for the set. Selling them for $150 shipped anywhere in the continental US. Comes with all bolts. Everything is in good working order.
You will need locktite to install them correctly. Install instructions are here.
