I just sold my 2016 SR5 and now I’m selling my Sprint Booster for it (which made the 5th gen’s throttle A LOT more responsive than the sluggish stock throttle!). It works perfectly and comes with the remote and instruction manual. It has 3 settings... Off, green/sport mode (which I found to be best the setting to use), and red/racing mode (which was a bit too much for me).
It connects right onto your gas pedal, and goes between the pedal and the factory harness. One you set it, you can just unplug the remote, or you can mount the remote so you can turn it off or change between modes. The little connector tab that locks it in place to the pedal broke off when I first installed it, but it stays put just fine (and can easily be zip tied to the pedal unit if that worries you).
It was $260 new (and the new version 3s which are the only ones they sell now are $290). I’m asking $185 shipped (paypal). If you’re interested, please email me directly at [email protected] (as I don’t check my PMs on here very often).
Note: I also have the nice, fitted rubber Husky floor liners for the front and rear seats, as well as a rubber Weathertech cargo mat from my 5th Gen. $140 for all of the mats (local Redlands, CA pickup only for these).
