I shipped almost everything USPS...if its over $40 i will typically ship it priority with tracking...under $40 i just pop it in a letter with a stamp! I am more then willing to ship something other at the buyers expense
Custom orders take a while and I am sorry...I am trying the best i can but work is crazy...I have almost 3 weeks off during december january so i will be getting a lot done then and working on some new products!!!

I've got a couple of questions regarding custom designs.
1. What is the thickness of the material, AL and TI and CF?
2. What is the minimum thickness of lines, like between the letters and numbers of the T4R keychain?
3. What is the minimum thickness of material you recommend around the hole for the keychain?
4. What file format would you want, Illustrator, tiff?
