I've got a couple of questions regarding custom designs.

1. What is the thickness of the material, AL and TI and CF?
2. What is the minimum thickness of lines, like between the letters and numbers of the T4R keychain?
3. What is the minimum thickness of material you recommend around the hole for the keychain?
4. What file format would you want, Illustrator, tiff?

They'll show up. Mine took a while. Then they came, and they were awesome. Then, a few weeks later, more came that I had not paid for or ordered, and they were even more awesome.

Best guess is the seller is overwhelmed with other stuff. They'll arrive. Or shit, maybe I got yours! :frog:
