Fuel Injector Replacement Issue

I replaced one of my injectors yesterday, put everything back together and started it up. It fired up nice, sounded strong...but...

I noticed one of the original injectors is leaking from the top were it meets the fuel rail. I was just able to lift the drivers side and swap the injector out. At this point now that I have to pull every part off again, should I just replace all the o-rings and bushing? Or just reseat them?
These are the original bushings and o-rings, they were put into a new engine (not installed by me).

Thanks
Bob

When reinstalling (or simply installing for the first time) you need to lube those o-rings so that they dont tear. I usually use a bit of Vaseline (or other petroleum based jelly). It sounds like you might have torn/cracked one of the o-rings. Pull them and inspect them. If you can find new rings, then I'd go ahead and replace them all...they shouldnt be too expensive.

I'd replace everything since you are already in there or at least inspect them all and determine it yourself but if there's any question then replace them..

make sure you don't over tighten the fuel rail mounting bolts. i destroyed like 2 sets of o rings before i realized what was happening :redbrick:
