I have a 98 4runner sr5 4x4 v6 has about 116xxx miles it wouldnt start and didnt sound like fuel pump was kicking on so i replaced it. turns out fuel pump is fine... no biggie but its not getting enough volts to the back i get more at the fuse box but right at the pump its not enough any ideas? i have checked the relay under the hood and its good is there more than one?
