Fuel pump jumper

woke up this morning to my fuel tank leaking like a siv. its coming from one of the pinch flaps on the tank itself, been trying to figure out how to jumper out the fuel pump to get it to pump the gas out, since i filled it yesterday, before i drop it. Everything ive searched for says "Jumper the B+ and the Fp in the diagnosis block under the hood" problem i'm having is there is no terminal for the Fp, well its labeled as such but there isnt a spade electrical connection inside of the space. under the whole thing there are only 5 actual connection points.
Currently have a catch pan under the tank and the fuel filter line disconnected and dropped into a 5 gallon tank and need to figure out how to fill up the 5 gallon tank 3 times to get it emptied. Pump was a POS aftermarket one and seems to be causing me problems anyway, don't care if i burn it up since im dropping the tank and getting a new one, i will replace the pump with a Denso.

Please help me out here sooner then later, i'm looking up stuff on the internet instead of draining the gas as it leaks into my dirt driveway.

Forgot to mention, 99 4runner Limited

You should be able to apply power directly to the pump connector under the seat, try a 9v battery and some alligator clips

I’d imagine the pump is getting replaced while the tank is out, new denso pump isn’t very expensive on rock auto
He said the leak was "coming from one of the pinch flaps on the tank itself." I have no idea what or where he's talking about so I have no idea if the pump is getting replaced or not.
