No sir, trying to squeeze in a couple of hours tomorrow to test fit the driver's side on the prototype bumper, then I can submit the production order.

(which means I'll be taking client orders later this week!) :nod:









At the moment, SS makes the rear pair, but Energy Suspension makes the entire truck set. I think DuroBumps has them in the queue though..

Is your first run of bumpers specifically for those with a body lift? I don’t have a body lift.

Yes sir - haven't designed the non-BL variant yet. (every plane changes for non-BL, so there's literally no common parts, save the upcoming swingout hinge assembly)

Oh sorry, hadn’t mentioned that yet - they’re for Rigid Industries IGNITE back up light kit - 20641.

The bumper has provisions for a receiver, but a third-party receiver (like you'd buy from e-trailer or similar) will not be included in the bumper purchase for overall cost, shipping, and liability.

So there will be structure there for like a 6” or so receiver to be welded in it looks like? I actually have one waiting then. I was going to build a front bumper with a hidden receiver and I bought the little 6” long receiver from e-trailer and never used it. I also have some 2.5” square .250” wall material in my metal rack that is the same Inside dimensions as a receiver is.

To be hitch-compatible you'll need to provide a ~40.5" length of 2x2" tubing (welds in between the supplied bumper mounts) and a short receiver.

That's correct. There will be 5 pre-bent brackets, 2 recovery points, and 3 pre-bent bumper parts in the bumper kit. (and some hardware)

You'll need to provide the OEM running board cover for the top of the step (this covers the access holes and finishes off the top of the bumper - I'll give measurements for how to trim it to fit) and the aux reverse lights (if you choose to run them)

Also Note:

• The bumper requires the rear cross member from my fuel tank relocation bracket kit as its basis, so if you don't have one of my kits you'll need to add a crossmember to the order.
• It also requires a 1" body lift, and I strongly advise the use of poly body bushings on the rear body mounts to minimize flex & potential body contact when wheeling.
• And, you will need to cut out the pinch weld in the rear of the wheel well on each side for clearance, as the bumper is designed to provide full articulation with 35" tires.

Receiver goes over the top of it (post 350). The bottom of the receiver is notched to reduce the overall height

I'm actually releasing a non-BL mount kit as an add-on later in the year. The flare extensions will be add-ons as well. This allows me to maintain the same base bumper for all scenarios and keep the price down for you guys.
