I wish I had 2H as an option.

I really wish I had a 2wd selector , but have got very comfortable with the full time 4x4 system and like it.
stanglover37 said:So Im confused about this 4 wheel drive system. I am quite familiar with traditional 4 wheel drive systems and car mechanics in general so if someone could go into the specific mechanics of how this full time 4 wd works I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking into buying a v8 4th gen for a capable off road vehicle with lift and tires in mind so I need to know the details.
So what I thought:
open/limited slip solid rear
IRS open front
transfer case with in dash 4hi 4lo 2hi options
Would really like to have this cleared up. Thanks

I'm just saying, for my own personal pref, I like the additional stability of awd with the additional punch of these V8's. Just my choice.
