My 4runner usually idles right around 1100r's but lately it will suddenly "kick down" and barely idle at all. Sometimes even stalling out. I looked at the potential adjustments on the intake manifold and found the throttle cable and another mystery cable. I'm wondering if I should adjust these. Any input out there?
