Fuse box question

I have seen people on here run there led light bars and other electrical stuff to an extra fuse box. I am very interested in doing that also. I will have a bunch of lights and a fridge and a few other accesories that I will be wanting to run to this fuse box. Few questions.

1. Any brand I should look at?

2. Where is everyone mounting them?

3. Is this worth the money?
