Fuse box question

All,

I was installing an electronic brake controller tonight and ran into some interesting things. First, the process was pretty simple, I located the plug just underneath the fuse box near the left kick panel just as others had posted. No problem, Im cruising along and everything is fine. So, I had moved the seat back because I needed to crawl under the dash and since Im bigger than my wife my seat position is 2, when I was finished I went to push 1 to move the seat back to her position and nothing. It did not move. Hmmmm. I didn't unplug anything or move anything when I plugged in the brake controller, so, any thoughts on why the seat setting would have blanked if you will. After some time and starting and shutting off the vehicle I was finally able to reset the seat. We will see what happens tomorrow. Could I have jostled something loose when I was installing the EBC?

Second, I pulled the fuse box cover b/c that is where I'm going to mount the brake controller and I noticed an on/off toggle. Any thoughts on what the toggle could be used for????? I looked in the manual but it did not show anything!

Any help would be appreciated! (sorry, the image is flipped)!

Not stock. You will have to trace the wires to find out. Are there any aftermarket items on your truck like fog lamps or an alarm? Could be an engine kill switch.
