Garage Floor Coating

Hi there everyone! You guys have been a great source for all things 4runner, I thought I would ask about another topic. Buying my first ever new home next month. With a new home comes a brand new concrete garage floor! No oil, grease, or contaminants....yet. Has anyone had success with a particular brand of coating? I've noticed there are about 7 different kinds at various hardware stores. All vary greatly in price. Any info will be greatly appreciated!

I haven't done it yet, but if I do I will probably just get Sherwin Williams. I think you can buy the whole kit with the etching you put on first and everything. Rolls on I believe. I think it runs maybe $100 if I remember right.
