Red runner coming up. I posted it a while ago, but it wasn't perfect so i took it off to work on it. haven't had time to but here it is. I have the black sort of highlight all around it (you will see what i mean) and i dont know if i like it. I've been driving around with it and i'm used to it now so i think its fine. A couple of the images are cutting it a bit close but i moved it quite a bit.

Thanks to Bucky for the original template. I copied and pasted a real garmin vehicle and changed the angles of Bucky's 4runners to match that of the garmin SUV's default angles.

Scoop is there but you rarely see it on the gps anyway.

BTW for owners of garmins, especially the Nuvis. If you purchased your device after March 1st, 2008 you are entitled to a free map update! The new map came out at the end of April 2008 if you missed it. You will now see speed limit signs for local streets (most say it is accurate) and updated POIs and new roads, lots of other goodies. Confusingly enough it is named CN 2009. Sign in at MyGarmin to order or download the "2009" map. They will send you the update DVD free of charge. I got mine a couple weeks ago and i am loving the updated map.

If you don't qualify for the new maps at no charge, you can either have Garmin send you the DVD or you can download it. Downloading saves you about $6 and the shipping time.

I lucked out! Put my Nuvi 360 serial # in at mygarmin page and got a free update. Downloading now on a fiber optic cable, about 2GB and 25 minutes. Much cheaper than having Garmin send you the DVD.

Yes, but the slow part is updating the Nuvi with its USB 1.1 connection. Expect it to take 60 to 90 minutes.

Mine also failed to update Mapsource -- if that happens, someone on gpspassion told me to unzip the exe file you downloaded (I used 7-zip) then navigate to the English msi file and run it. Worked perfectly.
