Hey! I've had my '96 for about a month, but it's not my daily driver yet so I've only gone through a few tanks of gas.
This is the only vehicle I've had that when filling it up, it doesn't go above the full line. When I get down to about 1/8th and I fill it up, it only puts 13 gallons in. I would assume that at this point it would be more like 15-16 gallons going in. I've never had my gas light come on either.
I guess I'm wondering if this is normal behavior for the gas gauge or if something's off. It does seem like the needle will move up and down slightly at times, or move fast and then hang out in one spot for a while (not as common).
Thoughts? Opinions? Experience? Thanks!
