Gas mileage problem

I have an 02 4runner that was in storage for 3 yrs and brough it out about 2 yrs ago. As soon as I got in it I knew it wasnt the same. I have done alot of maintenance to it, change the plugs, wires, MAF sensor, O2 sensors front and back, oil changes, I have had the injectors cleaned and I had a K & N filter which O took off.. Its not leaking any fluids, no warning lights come on, no leaks. I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea on what to do or something that I missed to do? This spring I am changing the trans fluid along with the diffs.

Did gas sit in the tank (and the rest of the fuel system) for the 3 years without treating it with fuel stabilizer? Gas will turn into laquer when it sits for a while, it could have gummed up your lines.

If it's been sitting for a long time, and then you start it up, a combo of bad gas and bad seals could result in a bad burn - thus clogging up the cat a lot faster.

It's a long shot but exhaust is sometimes overlooked.

Many things it could be...

x3 though too, what mileage are you getting?
