Gas MPG with 70 series vs. 65 series tires

Does anyone know how it will effect gas mpg when switching from the stock 65 series (aspect ratio) to a 70 series?

Gas mpg better or worse?

I did a search and read that the speedometer will under report speed (by about 2-3%) with a 70 series tire.

Anyone have personal experience?

Without accounting for the under-reporting speedometer my mpg went down about .8mpg. I didn't do the math but I'm guessing I lost .5mpg or slightly less.

Tire weight and rolling resistance will have a bigger impact.
