Can anyone offer a solution for the lights on the gear shift not working? I am not talking about the dash lights, but the lights on the center console where the shift lever is located. I assume it's a light bulb replacement...any suggestions on how to get at the lightbulb or electrical?

I just changed mine yesterday, and was shocked by how easy it is to get to it.
