Where does everyone get their replacement parts? I'm looking for a good website to get parts that don't have to be OEM replacements such as a window lift motor and stuff like that.
I ordered a whole set of weather striping and a combo switch from them. They are cheaper than the dealer but all the packaging the parts came in are marked with Toyota. Everything looks to be top quality.
More and more auto parts store are handling cheaper and cheaper parts. People go to the net and shop for a price to often instead of quality. You get what you pay for. Unless you want cheap parts be careful who you buy from. Unfortunately if you want quality part your only source may be Toyota. There may be other sources out there but make sure you do your research.
If I have to have it now, I get it from NAPA or the parts counter at the stealership. If I'm not in a hurry, I actually end up ordering most of my parts off Amazon. Shipping is free, and I know I can send it back no questions asked if there's trouble. And honestly, Amazon prices normally beat Rockauto and the other parts houses anyway.
I've found that citytoyotaparts & olanthetoyotaparts for oem by far the cheapest online , as Kid V stated amazon is awesome !! ex; ordered some denso plugs lost n transit w/o even knowing it had already sent replacements
