Is it auto or manual? The autos are pretty lousy transmissions. People live with them, but if you can get a manual, you'll be better off.
Wheels look like bling crap. It's a lousy picture, so I may be wrong, but if I'm not, they probably won't be any good for off roading. If you plan on off roading, get them to include the original wheels if possible or potentially use the wheels as an excuse to offer less.
Not sure what tires it has - the photo's really lousy quality.
Has the head gasket been replaced recently? You can check this at a dealership (at least to see if the recall's been done). If it hasn't, this can be used as a bargaining chip to get the price down. HG job will cost you in the neighborhood of $800-$1200.
I would also take it to a trusted mechanic. With that mileage, you want to make sure the vehicle is sound.
