Getting lift installed in TEXAS? Suggestions?

Have a friend that needs a 03-06 Cornfed kit installed. He's near the colony, tx. and about 20 min from Mesquite,TX.

Post the number to Mikes and an install quote too if possible. Gonna order the cornfed lift at some point Im sure. From Burtman, of course!
