My rack slides into the factory side rails, in place of the cross bars.
Factory bumpstops are inside the wheelers springs.

Moog K80380 rear sway bar links are going in ASAP.
Made for 90-95 (Gen2) Runners, but identical to our parts, except 1.5 inches longer. My current rear set up gets 10 inches of travel to the bumpstops, and the stock sway bar link is maxed out and preventing any more down travel. My shocks have another inch or two to give, springs too. Brake lines have been freed up from the frame for now, might go longer if needed. We'll see what these links net me...Pics soon.

New swaybar links are in--No more swaybar bind. At full droop, there is still some angle between the link and bar. Yippee! Also gained a little over an inch of down travel. A hair over 11 inches from axle to bumpstop. Coils just fall out of the buckets, and shocks are maxed. Not sure if it's good or bad, but there ya go...

looks sweet . Im hoping to go with some 285/70/17s . Its funny though some say yes without wheel rub . Some say no . I guess it comes down to wheel spacing and offset ? I have a 2008 ltd and plan on old man emu . the dealer says i will need new uca s .

washer fluid bottle relocation attempt: don't be too judgey yet, brackets will get cleaned up and hardware improved if it works. These are just some rough parts to see what's what. New stock pumps ordered from Ebay, awaiting their arrival. No modifications to the truck yet except relocating MAF ground, and it'll have 3-5 holes drilled once it's all done..plus cut andsplice the pump wires and hoses...

installed and working perfectly so far. ebay pumps were good, added a triangulation-y brace because it wobbled a bit with the weight of the water in it. now it's stable. wiring needs to be cleaned up, ran out of time to make it pretty.
bottles were $11 each at NAPA
metal was $8 for a 3 foot piece (or less---I forget)
nuts and bolts and wires and crimps
I bought new pumps, but not mandatory.
can be done for $50 or less, if you're looking to duplicate it....

Light Racing Bumps
Added Light Racing bumps/jounce shocks in the back. WOW! Doesn’t bottom out, just a bit of a hard squish feeling. Will likely lead to me damaging something from going too fast over harsh terrain, but I can live with that!
Fronts are on the bench, need time to fab up some mounts and install...
