What's interesting is I just told my neighbor about this deal and he goes "my factory exhaust is fine, my truck is always garage kept." Well, later he went under his truck and pushed his finger on the muffler and his finger went into it! Guess the condensation over the years wore the factory muffler from the inside out. I have had the stainless on now for a couple of years and really like the nice low rumble sound, however the rotten egg sulfur smell has just started to appear intermittently in the last few thousand miles.

Got mine and installed it yesterday, took about two hours. I have a Southwest rig so no rust issues to speak of. This is a well designed system with no gotchas or knuckle busting.

One word of advice I have is to use a good lube on the rubber exhaust hangers. I used a high tech lube that made the holes inside the rubber hangers super slimy, which allowed for the extraction of the oem exhaust hanger things (sorta looks like mini dildos!).

The sound is well, very subjective. Let me put a few more miles on it to see if I'll like it long term but it's a very seductive tone, I tell you what. I just hope it's just as seductive for the GF, hardy harr harr!!!!
