About to bite the bullet on this (honestly having trouble deciding on this or the sprint booster right now)
I checked the Gibson website for this product, and Jason is still a good amount cheaper. I did notice that it says in the footnote “does not fit limited model”. Anyone else aware of this? Anyone installed on a limited with no problems? I’m assuming it’ll fit fine, but you know what they say about assuming

Just sent a text to Jason asking if it'll fit. Maybe it's because you can get RAS on the limited?

Just talked to Jason at Burtman Industries. Long story short, it's not a problem on the 4th gen at all. 5th gen requires a "universal" exhaust hangar, roughly $10. If you have questions about it, reach out to him at 717-319-2100

So I bought the Gibson with the dual side exhaust, as part of the Doug Thorley header buy.
If i were to do it again, I wouldn't have gone with the Gibson. After having Toyota install the headers, y-pipe, and Gibson, I still needed to take it to a muffler shop.
One reason is because my y-pipe didn't come with clamps and I needed them to weld the pipe. The driver's side has very little clearance to the drive shaft and a clamp would totally hit. Even with welding, the shaft u-joint zerk has touched the pipe.
Another reason to go to the muffler shop is that at least one of the Gibson hangers wasn't in the right position and I needed to get them to cut it off and reweld.
And after all that, when it finally got finished, it is soooo loud. It does have a V8 rumble now, but on the highway at 100km/60mph, it is annoyingly loud inside.
I do have the LT headers and have removed cats, but in my opinion, it is too loud.
I also noticed this am, that at the exhaust exit is a clump of what looks like fiberglass batting. If that's what's lining the inside of the muffler, it's just going to get louder as it blows out.

I talked with him about 2 weeks ago to confirm that it'll fit on my Limited. Didn't ask for an update on shipping though :/ I ordered on May 6th. I assume Covid is to blame.
Ordered May 5th. Asked for an update a week ago or so. No response. That seems to be standard reading the forums so I'm not surprised. Not meant to be a dig at Jason as he's giving us a deal so I kind of take that "as part of the deal" - but if no one gets an update in the next two weeks I'll take more action on it and possibly just cancel the order...

Took awhile but I finally got my Gibson exhaust and had it on my 4runner for about a month now. Ordered on 04/29 and was delivered on 5/21. Got it installed the next day. Bit of installation issue, exhaust tip was hitting the end of frame mounted hitch so it would’ve been sticking out the back like it had an erection. I just had the mechanic cut the tip off part of the hitch that was in the way. Sounds great in town. Definite droning at highway. Just got my DC sport resonator exhaust tip so will update after I install that and see if it helps.

Came straight from Gibson. So I got a FedEx Tracking number once they shipped it. Shipped from Gibson on 5/15 and delivered on 5/21, FYI.

Gibson Performance is located at Corona, CA. Mine was shipped from there.
FYI, I did order mine just prior to the sales announcement. So I may beat the sales rush and only had to endure delay from COVID (Stimulus check rush). Unlike some of you who have to deal with sales rush and COVID. Possible reason for the further delay.
