Call Jason directly and talk to him then call and confirm with Gibson that they've got you in their system. I had to do exactly this and I had my exhaust two weeks later.

Honestly I wish I would have called him sooner - he was extremely polite and helped get the order straightened out.

Just saw this now! Sometimes don't get notified of replies on here. Yes, Covid slowed things down at the factory, less people in production. They are still shipping out but I can't always tell who's who on the forum as screen names are different than peoples real names

Emailed and called haven't heard back. A little worried, I don't want to file a charge back if I dont have too.
Got mine a little while ago, installed it one saturday, and I'm inlove with the sound.
It DOES drone a little, but compared to the magnaflow catback I had on my old explorer sport trac, it's nothing. I bet if I spent a little more time getting it up and off of the rear crossmember it would be even quieter.
Overall really happy with it!

Finally received mine. It arrived on 8/6. Never did receive any shipping/tracking info though. It just showed up. I'm happy now!

PSA for this:
I wasn't sure if the OEM springs that go over the bolts attaching the forwardmost Gibson pipe to the OEM midpipe should be retained, also wasn't sure about the gasket that goes between the two. Turns out they should be retained, according to an email response I received from Gibson (they answered super fast, very impressed with that).
So, if anyone neglected to do that like I did, and subsequently threw those away like I did, might want to order new ones.

I mean they’re currently in stock on Amazon, so you’d get it pretty quick purchasing off there.
