Yea, my customer with the side dual says people always asking him how big the v8 is, lol. It sounds great.

Totally interested, however, i noticed my SR5 premium has a lower bumper profile like the limited models. The duals in those videos sit pretty close to the bumper already. Curious as to how it would look on a SR5 premium pre face lift.

Jason - The exhaust tip in the video is different than the rolled edge shown in the photo you posted above. So which is it?
Also - we need to hear this exhaust under load, inside the vehicle and out, man!

No worries on fitment! I've sold this for every combo 5th gen out there. AND, the dual really does sound like a V8. There's nothing wrong with the single one, the dual tipped one is just deeper a quite a bit lower, - it gets a different muffler than the single tipped one.

The one in the video was the prototype tip, the one you'll get has the rolled edge like shown, which I like better anyway. Also, you can get those tips in BLACK CERAMIC option if you want when you order the SS.

Great, great news! This sale has been extended for one week! I sold so many, 17 systems in total combined! (also running this sale for 3rd gen, 4th, too) that my guy at Gibson extended the special pricing!

Does Gibson's baffled and chambered design SuperFlow muffler sound similar to a Flowmaster? It's difficult to evaluate from the video with just the parked revving sample.

Those are what the TIPS look like.

I think it sounds better on the 4Runner. I'm telling you, it sounds like a v8. I don't know how they did it, but they figured it out and it turns heads, and turned my head.

For those that have it: are there any performance gains? Secondly, does the side outlet reduce/eliminate rear window drag exhaust entering vehicle?

I've been considering Borla's rear exit for some time now, but would prefer side exit for rear window issue.

I have quite a few guys that have this already, the dual side, and trying to get them to chime in to this post. I've emailed them the link, but not sure if they are registered.

Yes, that's the beauty of the side dual, you CAN lower the rear window and you don't get that exhaust smell, it's gone. Kinda like the 3rd gen 4Runner factory exhaust, it's out the side for that reason. I can ALSO get you the Borla, but I think this is a much better value, and the side dual sounds incredible on the v6.
