Hahahah! You guys are hilarious! Really, good stuff here and good advice. I friend of mine used to have a BMW M3. He bought this German exhaust that was like $2,300, no joke... But told his wife, who knows nothing about cars, that he bought the exhaust for $250. She flipped and said "Why would you spend that much money on an exhaust?" lol,. little did she know.

But with this one, one thing is true. You WILL start to see and get better gas mileage after about 250 miles, after the computer adjust and you start driving it how you did before you installed it. So, at least you can say you were smart enough to think of getting something to provide better fuel economy and help save the environment

You’ll have to weld a longer hangar on the exhaust tips but besides that everything fits great. The exhaust sounds awesome!

Anyone else having a hard time getting the exhaust to clear the metal bracket behind the spare tire? Mine vibrates like crazy on the bracket. the most I can get is half in clearance but the exhaust doesn’t stay in place and works it’s way back down

i followed jasons instructions and the given ones both ways and the clearance is minimal, i thought about removing the plate but not sure

I followed the directions and went to front to back but Jason told me he recommends back to front. I’m having trouble with the section that goes over the axle which is your same section. I’m gonna pull my at the front and muffler can and adjust the two back pieces to how they should be and clamp em down hard then do the muffler and front section.

this is the first system ive installed on multiple vehicles that has been the most finicky, if i cant get things right over the week i may just go back to stock for now until i find something else

I readjusted mine the day before driving road trip to Disney. When I stopped for gas it was rattling like crazy so I just reached under and pulled that plate away and voila no more rattling.

These systems have a lot of adjustment. Keep all clamps looser until the end, as you can rotate the piping up to 90 degrees before tightening to get it where you want. Then tighter all clamps. You can even use an air tool and those clamps are tough and won't break. Sometimes you really have to tighten hard, then nothing will ever move...

So, I wont say you cant hear it. But its much quieter than the Flowmaster 40 and 50 that I had on before.

Yeah a larger/longer hangar bushing would be perfect! I would go out and measure how long of a bushing you'd need but it is currently raining where I'm at.

When I first heard the side system, my eyes opened up as I didn't think that sound was coming from a 4Runner. It's a nice low, deep flutter, just enough throatiness where it's not overbearing. It just sounds quality and no drone. Anything else will be LOUDER than this will.
