Goal Zero Yeti 400 sale

All of GoalZero's panels are way overpriced, that 30W panel is the price of a regular 100W panel

I am a GoalZero fan and own a few products, but their panels are way overpriced. If you want a solar panel, don't get GoalZero

What do you recommend? I also want to either get a Sherpa 100 or a Yeti 150, do you own any of those?

I have a Yeti 150 I use for various uses when I'm working in the field or sometimes camping to recharge phones or camera. It has been fine, but when I bought it lithium wasn't an option so I would probably compare that now. I like the flexibility of having the inverter on it, i use it for my laptop when working.

I also have a Yeti 1250, it is a huge heavy beast that has been abused on construction sites and has held up (hell they even used it to power a hilti impact hammer to install anchors for parking lot bumpers)

Then you just have to makr or buy a MC4 to 8mm if you are plugging it into a GoalZero

I mean they are pricey, you can build something cheaper or find cheaper brands, but I've been happy with the quality and customer support.

The solar panels are so outrageously overpriced though that they shouldn't be considered

They just released with Li versions, power to weight ratio is 2x+ better and a paltry 17lbs for the new Li 400 compared to 29#'s for the old 400!

Yes their panels are way overpriced, you can grab quality 100w panels for easily a third of the price.

I picked up a Yeti 400 at REI's Memorial Day sale. Their 20% off coupon brought the price down to somewhere near Amazon's flash sale price, but purchasing at REI gets you a one-year return period (instead of Amazon's one month) if it acts up.

So far, I love the thing. It's done one festival weekend and performed great in near-100 degree heat.
