Gobi Ladder - Shipping Time?

Hi everyone,

Happy new years!

Just a general question. We placed an order for my ladder (5th Gen TRD Pro 4runner) on December 23rd. I figured, since the holiday break it wouldn't ship out until after New Years maybe?

I've called and left a couple messages and emailed Gobi twice with no response. Has anyone else ordered their parts from Gobi direct? If so, how long did your order take to arrive? I imagine the ladders are already built and ready to ship, no?

I would give it more time. Most companies/business just got back into the office yesterday so they are probably still trying to catch up.

I ordered awning mounts yesterday and got my shipping notice today.

I know... It's not quite the same as a ladder but it is direct ordered parts.

I usually try and support local companies but I don't think I'll be picking up a rack from Gobi. I have nothing against them and their racks are nice but I've had my eye on a Baja rack for a while. I've heard Gobi isn't the greatest in regards to lead times or getting back to people. I would give them a few more days and if you still don't hear back from them, then I would give them a call. Sometimes a call will get you answers quicker than an email.

I ordered a ladder and the gas shocks on Dec 5th, I received the ladder on the 21st if I remember correctly.
