I e-mailed twice in the last 2 weeks with questions and never got any response.

Did not even think about it since I foolish was trying to email them

They are pre-wired for lights, but it's only 2 wires on each side from the front of the rack to the back. They exit on each side of the front light bar and on each side of the rear light tabs via rubber grommets. You still need to run wire to each individual light.

Go Rigid, I Ordered the 6 Inch E Series. 2 Driving, 2 Flood for the Front and 2 Piaa 2100's for the rear. They Build the Rack with the Mounting Brackets for the Rigid E Series Lights. They Are $pendy But I think they Are the Way to go.

No - Mine has protective pads in the places where the metal would come in contact with the paint.

Great info. Just so I understand - if I want to mount 4 lights up front I would need to run two additional wires from front to back?

No- the wires are there from front to back- you will need to run all 4 hot and ground wires from the lights to the wires exiting the front tubes. I guess what I'm trying to say is there isn't a set of dedicated wires for each light, just a main harness. I will try to post some pics for you- or pm me your cell and I can send a pix msg from my phone- I have pics on there already...

You wire all four lights into the one wire that comes out of the rack at the front. It should be heavy enough to run them all.

Actually, I wasn't satisfied with the smallish guage wiring- it would be great for LED's, but I would like bigger for my quad halogens (Im low tech, so sue me- they were cheap). No worries though, I used both right wires together as my ground, and both left as my hot. The wire IS a good quality... Here are some pics of where the wire comes out in the front- and feeds the lights, and the ground- which I sealed with liquid electrical tape.
