Is it better to order direct from gobi or through trail duty? I know trail duty will sometimes have discounts which would help soften the blow. Any difference in CS? Thanks

In my opinion just order from Gobi and forget about it fo 6 months. I’ve heard of TD messing up an order. To me ordering direct is just one less person to go through. I’m at 16 weeks 2 days waiting on mine so don’t be in a hurry

I'm at 18 weeks, received a email on Feb 8 saying it'll be sometime this month.

Decided to order and deal with gobi. The wait begins. Hopefully I will forget about it and when it shows up, it will be a surprise

I ordered through trail duty and the communication was great. I ordered in September and received it the first week of January. Also Gobi customer service was more then helpful ensuring I received delivery on the weekend. So I had a great experience with both.

20 weeks of waiting, and it didn’t disappoint. I went through TD and everything was great, I even changed out one of my free accessories with no hassle.
