Going to install a Kenwood DNX5140. What all do I need??

Hey everyone I am going to install a double din dnx5140 into my 05' sr5 without steering wheel controls. What all do I need beside the wiring harness? Do I need the little adapter pieces like in this auction?

The first link includes brackets which are similar to those Crutchfield included when I bought my DDX. They are a must, as with them the HU just bolts right up.
