Yakima Load Warrior or ROLA?

this is real nice and Yakima makes solid stuff but what's the advantage between the Load Warrior or the ROLA basket? the Load warrior is 44x39 and the ROLA is 48x37-1/2. anyone know of the advantages/disadvantages between one or the other? thanks.
