Good Diff. drop brand?

So from the pictures of diff drop kits I've seen, it just looks like a couple of bolts and some other hardware. My question is: Is this the kind of aftermarket part that you get what you pay for, or is a name-brand kit not really going to be of any higher quality than some cheap "e-bay brand"?
It just doesn't seem to me that there's much technology involved, I mean, its just a couple of bolts, right?

Also, if buying an off brand is not a good idea, what are some good brands?

They are all pretty much the same and you can get all of it at ace. Now that said I have the SS diff drop and chose it because as far as I know it is the only one that has a beveled spacer to sit flush with the diff. Probably isn't a big deal but it was worth the little extra for me. Good luck.

^ I agree. The diff drop made by Sonoran Steel is what you'd want to go with. The SS diff drop is tapered and it seats better than other diff drops that are not tapered.
