Good place to draw constant power in the center console?

I'm trying to add powered usb outlets to the center console (7.2amp), does anyone know of an existing wire i can splice into? (one which isn't ACC powered but constantly on, I'll have an on/off switch for said outlets).

Smoker's kit is not powered when the vehicle is off though.

OP, best (and simplest) I can recommend is to do the 12v power outlet constant on mod. Requires a little bit of time and a cheap jumper. Since I run a fridge when I travel I need to have constant power and this one has worked for me for over 2 years now.
