I'm looking for information about the value of a 1995 4Runner. It's my mom's second car, and she's thinking about selling it.
The main difference from most other late 2nd gen models is that it had a new engine installed in 2005.
Toyota did the head gasket recall years ago, but it blew again in 2005 and several dealerships were no help. So she replaced it with a Jasper engine. It's the 3.slow (I suggested she swap it for a 3.4, but she didn't listen to me).
I don't know how big of a difference this will make in the asking price. The odometer reads 113K (I think...have to verify tomorrow) and the engine was replaced at ~106K.
It's an SR5 4x4 V6. The rear chrome bumper is visibly rusted, and there is a spot over the rear wheel on the driver's side. Please excuse the other 4Runners in the picture...my family has had seven over the years.
